The first is easy: Inquisitorial points. These points will determine what access to intel and equipment your character gets, and what the attitudes of some of the inquisition NPCs will be like towards you. Good points = inquisitorial favour, bad points = inquisitorial displeasure
The second takes some explaining:
You should have noticed (I hope) some shady characters entering yours and the others stories and saying some pretty weird shizznit, which may have left your character a little confused.
It is the run up for the system I am using called Favour of The Gods / The Emperors pride.
It is what it is basically, and whatever you do in game will mean that you either slide inexorably towards the scions of chaos, or rise in the name of the emperor and all of mankind. By the finale, there should be a distinct line of where you stand
(The reason I have added this: I want players to really feel that they can be their characters, and to know that whatever they do will have an impact. Many inquisitors in WH40K come dangerous close to chaos, so it is natural that some go rogue, and I wanted you to have that opportunity.)

I thought that I would let all of you know now, so that when the plot twists come in there wont be a million and one things to explain, and you can also now develop character mannerisms better to where you want them to head
(the expectations thing) I'm trying my best, but it needs the hard work of all the players as well. I need everyone to keep up because there will be joint missions and overlaps coming as well. Please, everyone, subscribe to the threads, and make a point of reading everyone else's. It may just save your lives
