[Bloodbone]

So I been hearing a lot about Space Marines, and been thinking of getting started in the table top. I dont think I will be getting anything for a few months because this first semester is very serious for my masters degree but I am looking on my free time at different things for 40k.

I like the Space Marines a lot but I know I wont have time to paint them and I really think that is really important for the space marines. I think I would choose Chaos though if I went this route. But the Chaos side seem to have a lot of different types with Daemons and slaves I have no idea where to begin.

The Necron look really interesting and I do like undead type races.

Tau look a bit tricky.

Orks I get the sense that they are about a huge mob, at least thats what I get from the game. But there are a lot to decide on the horde and what types to choose from which could be a lot of fun.

Eldar I have no clue. Probably not something I would want.

Empire I think could be interesting. For some reason they remind me of orks.

Tyranids look awesome. I remember them from the kill team game and they were really cool. But I think I not sure how they work. To me they look like they might be heavy on the close combat side.

Well I am looking for anything that would help. Unit types, strengths and weaknesses. Anything will help.
