Well I Recently had a Thought.

If Slanessh was born during 40k when destroying the elder home world than that means The events of Warhammer are in the future.

Some sort of chaos fuelled event must of happened making all the species primitive in one place.

That would make sense.

Tyrinids and necrons probably Died.

What do you think?

Two Giratina are better than one.

They were at one time teh same universe. Warhammer Fantasy's world was a fuedal isolated world due to warp storms and so on. Now however GW claims they're different and are not together, meaning though their gods are the practically the same, but they're completely opposite. Unfornately GW made it very hard for us to put Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 together, in a official manner.

They were never the same universe. Warhammer fantasy and 40k were always completely isolated and independent. Fantasy came out in 1983, 40k in 1987.

From reading around on Lexicanum once, and reading through the Lizardmen codex, they way I see it is:

Back in the 'Warhammer' days of swords and shields and such, the Old ones who were worshipped by the Lizardmen (through their Slann mage priests), created all the life etc with their vast and superior knowledge. These new races/species obviously faught each other and progressed technologicaly over however long it was before the gradual fall of the 'Old ones' and the creation of the Eldar and Necrons. The 'Fall of the Eldar' gave rise to the Eye of Terror and Slanessh etc and thats how the whole '40k' universe came about.

However, the inclusion of chaos indicates that, like you say, these events are happening at the same, time, but then being choas gods, expecially tzeentch, I'd expected them to have done some kind of time traveling thing and gone back to the 'Warhammer' days and corrupt everything there aswell, and that should suffice as a plausible explanation.

But, if you're are a literal physicist, time travel and the 'paradox' created by time travelling would have changed the events in the future and then that would change the past etc etc 'till the whole dam universe blows.

Hopefually none of you are haha :P

I read it somewhere in Lexicanum, could have been a "spoof" article.
