Yes there are a couple. There is a Reserve fleet list with a name that escapes me that allows you to use Chaos ships. Most Chaos ships are simply old Imperial ships turned traitor so when times get tough the Imperium looks to its mothballed reserve fleets to find anything it can put into service. They don't like using those ships because of their history of turning traitor as well as them not fitting into modern Imperial Navy ship design and fleet strategy. Hard to form a wall of torpdoes like the text book tells you to when the ship you captain doesn't have any!
